ARTHUR CASAS

Contemporary, cosmopolitan, and eclectic from object to building, Arthur Casas is a Brazilian architect globally recognized for his talent and versatility.

In addition to being invited to several editions of the São Paulo and Buenos Aires Architecture Biennials, Casas has won the Red Dot Design Award, one of the most important international design awards.

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie University in São Paulo in 1983, the architect celebrated his relationship with the capital city in a book released in 2007. He believes that "architecture and design shape the human experience of being in the world," always seeking to express the individuality of beings in his projects.

With a range of work that spans from corporate architecture to object design, Casas made his debut partnership with Altero in 2010. His first project was an iconic line of mixers and handles, in which he expressed his deep concern for the coherent integration of details into architecture.
